Getting In
When a streaming site will not load it is almost never the site being down. It is your provider blocking the address, or your browser showing you an old saved copy. Both are a one minute fix once you know where to look.
Start here
Why sites seem to go down
Your internet provider can be told to block a website. The cheapest way for them to do it is at the DNS layer, the phone book that turns a name like the site into the actual server address. They simply leave the number out of the book, so your browser cannot find the door even though the building is fine.
The server itself is up and serving everyone else. You are just being handed a bad phone book. Swap the phone book and the site comes back. That is what changing your DNS does, and it is why it fixes the majority of dead-site reports.
Fix one: change your DNS
Free, fast, and the first thing to reach for. Pick any one of these. Cloudflare is the easiest if you just want it done.
Where to put it
Fix two: a VPN
Some providers go further than the phone book and block the address itself. When new DNS does not get you in, a VPN will. It routes your connection through another country first, so your provider only sees a tunnel and cannot tell where you are actually going.
Install a reputable one, connect to a nearby country for speed, and load the site again. Free VPNs work in a pinch but are slower and often pay for themselves by selling your browsing, so a cheap paid one is worth it if you use it a lot. You do not need the most expensive plan, you need one that stays connected.
Fix three: force a reload
If the site loads but looks broken, half-styled, or stuck on an old layout, that is not a block. Your browser saved a copy of the page to load it faster, and we have since pushed a new version the old copy does not match. The fix is to throw that copy away and pull a fresh one.
Still stubborn? Open the site in a private window to rule the cache out entirely, or clear site data for the domain in your browser settings. One of those always wins.
Tried everything and still nothing?
If new DNS, a VPN, and a fresh reload all failed, it might genuinely be on our end. Before you assume the worst, check restatus.me. It shows in real time whether the site, the API, and the players are actually up right now. If it says everything is green there, the problem is still on your side and one of the three fixes above will get you in.
Stay on the real site
- Bookmark the real domain the moment you land on a working one. It saves you hunting for it next time.
- Clone and typo domains exist to farm ad money and push fake apps. If a link came from a search result or a random comment, treat it as fake until proven otherwise.
- The only address worth trusting is the current one posted in our official announcement channel.
- We will never ask you to install a player, a codec, or an app just to watch. Any page that does is not us. Close it.
One more habit worth keeping: run an ad blocker like uBlock Origin. The video players are third-party and will throw popups without one. Nothing a player window tells you to install is ever real.
